No minimum order and carriage paid on orders over £400 net (Non Fragiles to UK Mainland)

FAQ's / Information

Our pack sizes are shown against each item. By pressing the (-) key you will be able to reduce these quantities to the minimum inner pack quantity. Pressing the (+) key increases the quantity ordered. Once a quantity reaches the case rate, you will be entitled to a discount on that product.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur at busy times. It is not always possible to guarantee stock of all products at once. Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to a high demand for a certain line or we are awaiting our next shipment. We work on a back order system and will continue to deliver goods until your order is complete. Should you not wish to receive a back order then please let us know.


Full payment must be made in advance. All export orders are delivered free of charge to a named UK shipper. Alternatively we can arrange shipment and charge carriage at a cost.

Ordering / Payment

We have no minimum order, carriage paid on your first order iis £750 for most UK Mainland post codes.

Invoices are payable in GBP sterling either by cheque, credit card or direct credit. Customers with credit accounts are required to settle their invoices within the agreed time period. All goods remain the property of Flame Homeware until paid for in full.


You order will be delivered by UPS on a 24hr service.

For orders with a high number of cartons, the order may require to be delivered on a pallet. In such cases, your order will be delivered by Palletline on a 48hr/72hr service.

All Deliveries - we contribute 6% of the invoice value to the shipment costs. If a delivery surcharge is needed, you will be informed before so.

Faulty Goods

Any faulty goods must be reported to Ceri in Customer Services within 72hours of receipt. Any missing items should follow within 24hrs. If not then please report to Ceri in Customer Services via
